ISSI Earns Top OnBase Support Award Designation: Diamond Level

ISSI, a leading provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions and document imaging business process outsourcing (BPO) services, has earned the coveted OnBase Diamond Support Award by Hyland Software.
Diamond Support is awarded only to a select few of the hundreds of OnBase partners that provide the highest level of support and service to OnBase users and who also maintain outstanding customer retention levels. ISSI has been a leading value-adding reseller (VAR) of OnBase document management software since 2010.

Criteria for being awarded the OnBase Diamond Support Award includes metrics for Hyland partners that have gone above and beyond for OnBase users, including:
- Software training
- Customer retention rate of 95% or better
- Ratio of employees providing support
- Percentage of OnBase users using the current software release
